Enlisted Advancement Profile Sheet

Webenlisted personnel may be advanced to paygrades e2 through e6 after meeting all criteria of the navy enlisted advancement system (neas) outlined in enclosure (1). The navy has transitioned from a manual paper advancement worksheet (netpdc 1430/3) process to an automated process within the navy standard integrated. Webprofile sheets are developed, maintained and linked to the navy enlisted advancement system, and contain pii on individual sailors.
