On the anniversary of hamas’ oct. 7 attack on israel, two weeks into the fall quarter, ucla’s campus was on high alert. Webscuffle at ucla heating up right now. Pepper spray, smoke, lots of barricades moving. Webprotests getting out of hand.

This is getting unreasonable, a dude literally came to campus with a sword and campus police whipped out the glocks and pointed at him. Webi’m all for the right to assemble and protest, but the right to establish a barricaded encampment in a public university is not protected by the first amendment.
